Check-in starts at 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Early arrivals may leave luggage with the front desk.
Please present photo ID at check-in. A card is held on arrival for incidentals.
Guests must be 21 or older to enter or play in the gaming areas. ID may be checked at any time.
Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. After that, the first night is charged.
Play for entertainment only. Self-exclusion, deposit and time limits are available from any host. If gambling stops being fun, please speak to our staff or call a local support helpline.
Quiet hours run from 10 pm to 7 am in all rooms and corridors.
Smoking is not allowed in guest rooms. A sheltered smoking terrace is on the north side.
The spa is for guests 16 and over. Younger guests may use the pool with an adult until 5 pm.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in selected rooms for a small cleaning fee. Please ask when booking.
